Adams Fork Campground offers a great experience with large, clean sites and outstanding hospitality from the camp hosts, particularly Craig, who goes above and beyond for guests. Visitors enjoy beautiful river views, well-maintained facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it an excellent base for outdoor activities like dirt biking and hiking. While some sites may be small or have accessibility issues, overall feedback is positive, highlighting the campground's cleanliness and friendly environment.

August 19, 2020 Stayed at: 010, Loop: AREA ADAMS FORK
The Camp site was clean and well away from other campers. The trails down to the river did take you through camp sites, but as this was during the week, those camp sites were empty.
The grocery store in Randel does have diapers and pullups for those parents that forget them. The Gas station owner there is amazingly nice.

We had site 24, direct river access and only 1 other site bordered ours. There isn’t a lot of privacy between those sites. The campground was quiet, even with a large group at the double site just down from us.

Cool river nearby, good access to Mt. St. Helens, kids loved biking the loop. Some campsites are a little close, but great place overall

The campground is lovely and well maintained by the host. The bathroom have hardly any ventilation, so the chemicals they use to clean is so intense that it actually huts the lungs to go in for more than two breaths.
Some of the sites are reeeeeally close together, with no privacy between sites. The sites along the river felt more like a massive group site, rather tna individual sites. Fortunately everyone was really respectful.
The area is beautiful! We'd consider returning for a stay.

When camping here, a few things you should know that this site doesn’t explain. 1. There really isn’t river access unless you can reserve a site right on the river. There is no day use (at least not that I found) so swimming and things like that aren’t an option. 2. Its REALLY dark at night, I know you’re thinking duh! But the only light you see will be what you bring. 3. Pack a lot of water, there is only 1 really funky water pump that could be really far from your camp site and you will be hauling water your whole trip.
The camp site are spaced nicely and the bathrooms were maintained. Bugs and moths were very prominent, so be prepared for that. Lots of tall trees so there is good shade in all the camp sites. Was easy to find and a really nice drive!
