Pros: the campsites were spacious, shady and the restrooms were clean. Some reviews stated garbage was not available, but we found there were garbages. Thank goodness!
Con: the water level was way too high to allow our children/ adults to play in the nearby river to cool off and we had to drive quite a ways to arrive at Mossyrock park to find a place we could swim.
Otherwise it’s a great spot! Small campground with a water pump and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Large spacious campsites under tall old-growth trees. Campsites #20 and up are open to the river, but also to each other. Many other campsites are more isolated and private with trees and undergrowth separating them. The camp hosts keep the restrooms immaculate and smelling good. Oddly, the campground has no bear-proof dumpsters, but I never saw the trash cans had been broken into by anything.
There are many excellent first-come-first-served campsites. The approach to the campground from the town of Randle is fully paved, though it does narrow to one lane with pullouts for the last stretch.

Very busy campsite in summer months, campsites tend to get overcrowded. Very beautiful area otherwise.

The campsites were nice. Clean, pretty quiet, and will maintained. Valut toiles were clean.
A few items to consider.
1) There is not much to do at this campground. No real river access. No hiking trails from the campground.
2) The camp hosts were pretty sketchy ad gave off a negative vibe. They also had very loud dogs that barked whenever anyone passed the camp host campsite on the road. They did nothing to discourage this behavior.
3) The water from one of the two campground hand pumps has a rust color tint. The other was just fine.
We had a nice 3-day weekend there but would not go back.

Take I-5 to State Highway 12 and exit at Randle, Washington. Follow State Highway 131 for 1 mile, staying left at the fork, and continuing on Forest Service Road 23. Stay left at next fork for
Forest Service Road 21 to Forest Service Road 56 to arrive at the campground.
Adams Fork Campground is accessible via I-5, which connects to State Highway 12. From there, State Highway 131 leads toward the campground.

General
- Sites are available to reserve and some are on a first-come first-serve basis. ATV/OHV riding is not permitted within the campground - please limit use to transportation in and out of the facility. Don't Move Firewood: Please protect Pacific Northwest forests by preventing the spread of invasive species. Firewood can carry insects and diseases that can threaten the health of our western forests. You can make a difference by obtaining and burning your firewood near your camping destination. - Camping fee covers the first two vehicles (2 cars or RV/Trailer and tow vehicle). Extra vehicle fee of $8.00 is charged for the third vehicle.
- Firewood is available for sale at host site for $10.00/bundle.
