Pretty campground but sites are awfully close. Also, if you're looking at site 10, please note that it is NOT suitable if you're towing a camper. The driveway is at an extreme angle making it impossible to back in. It is also sloped so unless you're willing to put a lot of faith in that front jack, it's not feasible. We had to drive home as there were no other available sites.

We weren't even able to get there. We are on the East side and to get there We would have had to go through the Indian reservation which requires a special pass or go around it which would take hours. We didn't learn this until the day we left so too late for canceling. We went to Clear Lake instead. No reservations needed and it was absolutely beautiful!

We absolutely loved this campsite, as well as the journey to get there. Absolutely gorgeous scenery everywhere, flowing rivers, Mt. Adams views, waterfalls, wildflowers. We always camp during the week, so our experience may be atypical. The campground was mostly empty. We were on the side away from the river and we were all alone except for the camp host, Craig (more about him in a second) and one other lone camper. Our tent is in the back of the truck, so once we are set up, our truck cannot be moved. We found lots of great walking paths in the area and found a "hidden" waterfall" up the road a piece. But, the camp host, Craig, was the sweetest, kindest man. He was exactly what you would want in someone taking care of our public forests. I can't say enough good things about him. He was welcoming, but not obtrusive. We highly recommend this place.

Adams fork is a beautiful campground. It’s a great place to camp among the trees and along the river. It was clean, quiet, organized and the host was great. We were in the area to ride dirt bikes and there is plenty of single track nearby. I would definitely stay again.
The primitive bathroom was clean, but running water and a shower would be really nice.

Take I-5 to State Highway 12 and exit at Randle, Washington. Follow State Highway 131 for 1 mile, staying left at the fork, and continuing on Forest Service Road 23. Stay left at next fork for
Forest Service Road 21 to Forest Service Road 56 to arrive at the campground.
Adams Fork Campground is accessible via I-5, which connects to State Highway 12. From there, State Highway 131 leads toward the campground.

General
- Sites are available to reserve and some are on a first-come first-serve basis. ATV/OHV riding is not permitted within the campground - please limit use to transportation in and out of the facility. Don't Move Firewood: Please protect Pacific Northwest forests by preventing the spread of invasive species. Firewood can carry insects and diseases that can threaten the health of our western forests. You can make a difference by obtaining and burning your firewood near your camping destination. - Camping fee covers the first two vehicles (2 cars or RV/Trailer and tow vehicle). Extra vehicle fee of $8.00 is charged for the third vehicle.
- Firewood is available for sale at host site for $10.00/bundle.
