Beautiful campground, nice and clean, the hosts were very busy keeping everything up, and the toilet was well clean and maintained. Trails around were great for young kids to hike. Will definitely be back.

Great campgrounds in a beautiful location. 9 and 8 are the best sites!

This is our second year of camping at this campground. It is becoming one of our favorite spots to unplug and relax. Most sites are large and spacious, and always clean. The camp hosts have always been friendly and supportive.

The campground is very pretty and clean. The bathrooms were lit at night and clean. Camp host, Sabrina, was helpful, friendly and available. She made good recommendations of places to go and see and was accurate in her descriptions. The road from Randle to North Fork is paved and nice. The road (23) from the campground to Takhelakh Lake is mostly paved but also has about 7 miles of gravel. People drive too fast on the gravel areas and you have to watch out for motorcycles popping out of the woods onto the gravel road (there are trailheads everywhere). Takhelakh Lake is worth the drive-it is beautiful. There is a trail all around the lake for mountain biking and walking (it is only about 1 miles) and there is an additional trail to the meadow off the lake trail. There were a lot of trees down but it was fun otherwise.
It is unfortunate that there are so many camping spaces that are not cleared and available for use. The closed sites are the only ones with some sunshine and open space to heat a solar shower or solar panels for battery use.
There is absolutely NO service so plan ahead and bring paper maps.
