Walupt Lake Campground offers a beautiful and serene setting with clean, well-maintained facilities and friendly hosts. Campers appreciate the quiet atmosphere, ample shade, and gorgeous lake for activities like swimming and hiking. Road to get there is horrible and not maintained. After years of having water provided, the Forest Service after approximately 4 years have refused to repair the water pump. (So still no water). There were many signs stating that you had to take your garbage home with you. When the camp host took their 2 days off, there was no toilet paper for any of the out houses.

Great to camp on the lake. The road in is pretty tough until the last couple miles.

Beautiful lake (I mean WOW) and nice, spacious campground. Only issue was the mosquitos! Definitely come prepared for them and not just dusk and dawn. Will be back!
