Bring your own fire wood. The camp hosts used to stock and sell firewood, but not in the last couple of years. There ARE bears out there. A bear visited out campsite and ate some unattended hamburgers. Tidy up your food and garbage before nightfall.

We stay here often. First time in #48, it was a very nice campsite. Enough space for 2 tents, if needed.

5

Very nice campground, plenty of space between lots, close to multiple streams and not far from a couple of lakes, great place to bring the family. Our spot (008) was a nice location, centrally located, and there was enough foliage that we couldn't even see our car from our tent. Beautiful area

Site 41 was right on the river and was a great time jumping off the bridge into the river.

Campground is in good shape, except the picnic table at our site #32 was severely damaged. While there is access to fresh water, it's very difficult to find (had to drive around looking for it, no signs anywhere). Besides these minor inconveniences, we had a great time.

Love this place. The restrooms were the cleanest I've ever been in at a campground.
The river was close and so lovely. It was quiet and close to town if we forgot anything...which we did.

Loved this place

Always a great place to go. Only problem was the website. The numbers of the campsites did not match the map on the reservation site. Therefore we were at the site next to where we really wanted to be.

Quiet campground away from any road noise. Close to hiking trails by 2 rivers and Cooper Lake. Great place if you like dry camping.

Beautiful campsite! We wish there was a little more space and privacy between sites. We wish there were showers. But overall, a great time
