Harmony Lakeside RV & Cabins Resorts

Until management and infrastructure issues are addressed, it’s difficult to recommend staying here.
Harmony Lake RV Resort has a beautiful setting and a lot of potential, but unfortunately the management has allowed the park to decline.

During my stay there have been 16 days where the water to the campground was simply shut off, not due to repairs but turned off entirely. For an RV park, that’s a major issue for guests. Even more frustrating has been the lack of clear communication. Instead of solutions, it often feels like guests are given excuses.

Management has been quick to blame issues on the neighboring community, but from conversations with long-term guests, these problems have apparently been ongoing for years.

It’s disappointing because this campground could be an incredible destination with the right leadership and care. Sadly, based on my experience, the current management and communication make it difficult to recommend staying here.

What an amazing place to take a vacation with your loved ones! We rented the lakeside cabin, loved the privacy, the views, the kitchenette and having our own bathroom/outhouse right next to our cabin. The outhouse was so clean and we'll maintained that it didn't seem like outhouse at all. All of their facilities were well maintained and smelled clean, made our trip that much better! I love camping but I also love a good shower! The manager, Mark is an awesome guy, very accommodating knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We didn't have to want for anything, he made sure that we had enough firewood, ice, or access to anything that we needed while there, RV Inn and Styles is so lucky to have him. We have been to several of their other locations to include Mayfield Resort and we're very disappointed in the staff, facilities and the state we found the other campgrounds, we had pretty much given up on RV Inn and Styles until we found Harmony Lakeside and Mark, he makes it feel like a 5 star resort! My boys especially look forward to fishing the spots Mark showed them again this year and sharing fishing stories. Oh and our cabin was super clean, had all the satellite channels we could ask for, the beds are comfy, there's plenty of room and our family enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. 10/10 recommend. We will be spending so much more time there this year. Thank you Mark for making our experience amazing and for going above and beyond to make our vacation great, without you it wouldn't be worth the trip from Vancouver! Keep up the great work! Park manager Mark, rude, disrespectful, texting me late at night that he noticed a TV missing from a community room that has been missing for over a year.
Drinks on the job, leaves tools all over the park then blames the tenants. I had to send him a photo of the “missing tv” isn’t even missing, it’s where it has been for years.
He gets a message from one tenant and starts fights with another tenant over false information.
This will be the second park “manager” who will end up with a restraining order for harassing tenants.
Pool has been closed since May 2025, but “maybe next week” and the owner has NOT BEEN APPROVED by the STATE to open the pool. Not even a 2026 permit has been applied for..

Dirty cabins, garbage overflowing everywhere, terrible stench from un cleaned fish cleaning station molehills everywhere to trip over. Office is never open and closes at 4pm. Expect it to take 45 minutes for them to finally check you in once you find someone in the office. Beautiful campground we have been coming to for years. They need competent staff in the office and clean the place up. Why is the pool always closed?

We stayed at this property once before, back in June, and absolutely loved it. I recently came across some comments online mentioning a change in ownership and a few frustrations, so I wanted to share our recent experience—because the new owners have truly been fantastic.

We’ve got a family trip coming up in a few weeks, and I had previously arranged a pontoon boat rental under the old management (which was just an email - not an actual confirmation). That reservation was lost during the transition, unsurprisingly. I called the office to sort things out, and the woman I spoke to (wish I’d gotten her name!) was an absolute gem. She quickly helped me book and made the whole process easy and stress-free—plus, she was incredibly kind and professional.

If you had a less-than-great experience during the changeover, I really encourage you to give this place another shot. It’s still the same wonderful property we fell in love with—and now with ownership that’s a gem in its own right!
