What Guests Are Saying

Vancouver RV Park has a strong sense of community, with many guests appreciating the consistent efforts of the park manager, Rueben, who is proactive in maintaining the grounds and addressing issues promptly. Guests have reported friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. However, there are serious concerns about safety and customer service, including an incident involving inappropriate behavior from a resident and difficulties reaching management for cancellation requests.

The man that lives in every spot 196 is a complete perv. Id like to keep my identity anonymous in fear of retaliation from him. I was staying with a friend just over night cause I was passing through to Salem and figured why not visit my buddy, est some food and shower up and be in my way in the morning but what I experienced I left asap. As I was about to take a shower a man already using it approached me and flashed me his penis! Then offerd me back to his and told me wher he lives! Must be the camp idiot cause I’ve reported him to police and I’ll be calling the office to make a complaint, if you visit this tv park stay away from this man he was berry aggressive in offering me sex so please be careful if you are gong. To use the facilities here. I’ll give five star once that man is removed from the park

Poor customer service. I needed to cancel our reservation due to my husband being in the hospital. Not only could I never reach anyone, but their voicemail was full. They do have a 30 day cancellation policy, but I was hoping to talk to a person. I would have stayed there later, but now never again.

Pull through site #69 sold to us for an overnight stay, fresh water hookup was below ground level and in a cesspool of disgusting filth with the hose bib, underwater. There's no way to connect to that water without getting an infection or worse. When we complained to the front desk when they open (10am), they dodged our request for a partial refund. Several calls later (from us, not them) it's still unresolved.

The fact that the front desk missed an opportunity to correct a service problem of this kind should serve as a warning to any RVer to stay away.

Me and my ex-boyfriend lived here with our 42 foot toy hauler and although the area was not great surrounding the park since it is Hazel dell. Rueben , the Park manager was always outside doing work to make the place look better. Whether that was pressure washing, pulling weeds, picking up trash, just constant yardwork. He was very consistent. Whenever you needed him, he was there. Whenever there was a problem such as laundry, shutting down or even a main waterline shutting down Rueben had it dealt with within the next few days As well as giving notice of the work that was going to be done. There is tons and tons of super friendly people there that create a community together. I made lots of nice friends. It was a good community that Ruben and all of the other Rv Park people had made together.

We have been in this park for about 6 months now. The new management is really doing what it takes to get the park cleaned up. The husband who does all of the maintenance and yard work is so nice and made us feel welcome. The wife is very sweet and really stepped up as the office manager. Thank you! We will miss everyone.
