What Guests Are Saying

The reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction with the organization, citing a lack of leadership and poor maintenance of Forest Roads, particularly FR 90, which is deemed dangerous for motorcyclists. They note that only the Randle office is responsive, while the main office in Vancouver is unhelpful. Overall, the review highlights a long-standing issue with road safety and accessibility.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This organization is spineless, leaderless and without any reason to exist. The Forest Roads are not maintained...and are borderline dangerous. My sense is the roads are kept open to provide access for logging operations and the public can go get screwed for all they care. The only office that will answer the phone is the Randle office. The main headquarters in Vancouver is closed to the public and they don't answer their phone. FR 90 between Curly Creek Road and Northwoods is dangerous for motorcycles yet not a single sign warning of the danger nor is there any effort to fix that section. It has been like this for about 15 years.
