We had a fantastic experience at this campground. Our campsite was large enough for two tents and hammocks. The waterfall was nearby, and we enjoyed our time there. Though we could not find any trailheads nearby, I ended up hiking up a forest road across the bridge from the campground. The road to the campground was also scenic. Overall, A+.
One thing to note: Even-numbered campsites are closer to the creek, but they are tiny. We originally booked campsite 08, and it was tiny. Luckily, we saw the opposite site 03 vacant, and reserved that immediately at the drop box.

I think my expectations exceeded reality - but my actual stay was nice.
.
The campsite (#6) was so nice!!!! A very clean spot for my tent, the fire ring was very clean, the bathrooms were in good order with toilet paper. I didn’t feel like the neighboring sites were too close.
.
I thought I’d be right next to the river so I could filter water (no potable water at the campground) - but you’re quite elevated from the river, and though I’m in shape I didn’t trust my scrambling and climbing skills. It is fairly remote - no cell service. Have your maps and directions downloaded or printed out. The hosts didn’t have the site signage updated, meaning my name wasn’t on the site I reserved, but I think if I would have shown up and someone was there I could have just stayed in a different site. Because of the remoteness - make sure you have everything you’ll need before you get there, including wood. I went for a quick walk around the campground (only two, maybe three sites were being used), found the host spot across the street, but was met with a sign saying no wood for sale. So that put a damper in my night enjoyment. (If I would have known I would have bought some on my way.)
.
Overall, I would come back, but I’d be way more prepared and just bring everything.

The camp sight itself was nicer than most with the tent pad tucked down a hill. We had a poor experience with the camp host which reflects the experience score given.

Stayed at 6 again, a favourite! Everything was great except from the folks across from us starting their trucks up at 7am, letting them idle for 20 minutes and then revving them lots on the way out of the site… more than once. Will still come back tho :)

This is such a cool campground. Went mid August and it got to 90 degrees Sunday. The campground itself is very small and the toilets are old and pretty smelly. The host only appeared early morning to clean and restock toilet paper so bring some with you, as TP is gone by mid day. Most of the campground is tents only and sites are very close together. No cell service. We have a pop-up camper and got spot #9. It was a pull through instead of backing in to park which I love. The site itself was tiny, it had a table and fire pit. It also had a path down to it's own spot on the river which was amazing. The walk from the campground to the swimming hole and falls is only a few minutes on a mostly paved path with picnic tables along the way and lots of shade. For how busy it gets I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the entire area was. We picked up a few pieces of trash as we came across them. By 11am the river was packed with day use people. To get down to the swimming hole at the bottom of the falls is VERY steep with nothing to hang on to, if you have to carry a dog or kid, beware. I would recommend you stay for two nights if you have the opportunity. There is a lot to do in the area as well hiking and other falls. It is about 20 minutes outside of the nearest town and you can get gas/supplies there.

A quiet, small campground that does not disappoint. Camp host was always available for firewood and a friendly greeting. Best part is access to the day-use area for swimming and jumping off rocks at the waterfalls. Have camped here several times, campsites have always been in good condition.

beautiful spot, very short walk to the falls. sites 14 and 15 are very tucked away. Really only allows for 1 tent.
will be back next year!

This website had the camp site map numbered wrong when I booked. So I thought I was booking a double site right in the middle of camp sites next to bathroom, that I had stayed in before but when we got there it was not that site but a small single all the way at the end.
Map has been fixed i believe, but had to try and squeeze 4 tents in to a small sight.

Quiet, sweet little campground on a beautiful river with great swimming holes. The campsites, all of which are pull-throughs, do not have direct access to the river, but a short walk takes you to multiple places to swim. The camp host was friendly enough but not very knowledgeable about surrounding areas/amenities/recreation opportunities, and he had no fire wood. No potable water, so make sure to bring your own. The river becomes VERY crowded with day use visitors when it is warm.
