What a wonderful campground! Its peaceful, everyone is so friendly and the sites are not all crammed together. A lot of the sites are shaded for most of the day. I believe all sites are full hookup, which we love! We were on site #33. We were very happy with that choice. It has a nice distance on either side from other sites, its not shaded in the morning but by afternoon its shaded the rest of the day. Nice picnic table and fire ring. The hosts are very sweet and friendly. Every day there were people cleaning up the campground, cleaning the weeds or mowing. It is extremely clean and neat! We had no service here with AT&T but our Starlink worked great there...once we found an unobstructed view behind our camper.
The lake is right next to the campground. Fishing right down the road. Several playgrounds, not just in the campground but shortly down the road. They all looked in great shape! There isnt a campground store but they do have wood available to purchase on the honor system. The bathrooms are very clean. My husband used the shower once (after tipping his kayak!) he said the water pressure was amazing! Laundry is available...$1 for washing, $1.50 for dryer. We did use them once to wash some towels. I was impressed that they washed quickly and actually did dry perfectly with just one dry cycle ( i went back after 45 mins for both cycles and it was done). We had a deer that came to visit us every afternoon looking for some snacks...she was very friendly! There are a lot of beautiful butterflies in the area. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here. Quiet, comfortable and friendly! We will definitely visit again!

Everything was great along with the neighbors, T Mobile service would go in and out but I didn’t care much and they offer WiFi.

Great place well maintained. Just don't believe the website when it says no reservations accepted, first come first serve only, that is NOT true anymore!!!! Not for a couple years. You must make reservations online now.
