The campground is beautiful and clean with a babbling brook and hikes starting right in campground. It has an added bonus of small lake which you can swim in or hike around with views of lovely rock outcrops. The bathroom was very clean. It felt safe and family oriented. Also the staff or ranger named Craig from Edinburg Station was friendly and very helpful when we had a car problem. The other campers were very friendly too. We will be back!

Was shocked there were no hosts there the entire week and into the weekend. The shower water was pretty hot once it got to temperature.

Not quite 5 stars. It is a tight camp community with the camp sites very close together. I am a senior citizen camping alone, and I had a couple of camp sites really close to mine with young kids running around. This is a great camp site for families especially ones with kids.

I was there on a Thursday night in mid-september and was 1 of just 3 reservations in the entire campgroundk. It was heaven! Space 13 is gorgeous and big. Lovely view all around and the space between campsites was more than sufficient.
Bathrooms were and well-stacked and the hiking trails were very nice. NO cell coverage unless you walk up the hill a bit.

We've discovered Trout Fish Pond during covid and we love it there! Great camp settled in nature with bath house facilities. The pond is so enjoyable and the hikes, as well! The only unpredictable is the weather...

We have been camping here for 35 years and cannot see us not coming back year after year. Bringing the grands now!
While I know the park was taken out couple years back.
It would be so nice to have something for younger kiddos to do as well as volleyball net back.
Pond fun/activities and bike riding is all that is offered for kiddos.
The bees were an issue however better maintenance would have eliminated that problem very quickly.

Great, secluded campsite with lots of nature, wildlife and hiking trails. Would recommend for anyone looking to unplug for a while. Nice amenities. Staff (Mitchell) was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back!

Our family enjoyed spending several days at Trout Pond. We have been spending a few days each summer since my grown children were very young. They are now bringing their families to continue to our family time fishing, swimming, camping and hiking. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue making memories.
