Just a lovely park! The campground is well maintained. Campsites are spacious and set far enough away from the next to give some privacy. The trails are also maintained (even up to the top overlook). And, the lake is beautiful! The camp hosts this year were stellar, friendly and so helpful when needed. This is a favorite!

I’ve been coming here since I was three years old and it never fails to meet all my expectations. And now we camp once a month and wish we could do more.

Well off the beaten path - but that's what we were looking for! Enjoyed the stay.

Bathrooms were clean, sites were spotless and many had been updated over the winter. New picnic tables and fire pits too! Best of all were the new camp hosts. They were very friendly and helpful.

Other campers were obnoxiously loud. Running up and down the road, yelling, singing, and running what sounded like a blender until 3am. We left a day early due to no sleep.

If you are looking for a quiet get away and want to unplug then this is the place for you. The campground was outstanding and the bathroom facilities were very nice and always clean.
