Brushcreek Falls RV Park

What a beautiful place to stop for the night. We're traveling from Florida to NY with are 2 year old granddaughter and needed a last minute reservation. The ease, friendliness and just decent common curiosity is beyond what I can express. Thank you for your kindness. You have a beautiful resort that I hope we can visit again.

Amazing staff! Super friendly! Cutest clean restrooms ever! Gem mining was a hot with the kids! Mini gold (puttputt) need s little pick me up, easy for balls to go over the edge amd get lost, no par postted and no place for the balls to start without rolling; but the kids still enjoyed it. Pizza was delicious, hot and fresh. The pool is small but clean 👌 all around great place to take the family!

Check-in clerk had to ask us 5 times what the length of our camper was; and no other customers were there, nothing going on! Took a very long time to get registered to camp here as a result. We had driven an hour and a half further than we normally would to get to a campground with a pool due to the heat wave. Very disappointed as the pool is only 3.5 feet deep, and worst of all the water was very murky (algae?; the bottom step was really slippery getting in). You couldn’t even see a foot down in the water. We got out quickly, especially as my skin felt prickly, from chemicals I’m guessing. Scary! Very loud at this campground; right beside I77. We were only staying one night thankfully. Come nighttime we found our site (33) was right under a huge streetlight that lit that whole end of the campground up, making it daylight in our camper. Who does this in a campground, especially one out in the country?!! Our pull-through site was nowhere near level. We had to drive our motorhome up on blocks to even set up. We will not camp here again.

you’re basically paying to stay in the trailer park kids’ backyard and getting bullied by them and the staff/their family. there is a very clear disinterest in their campers that makes you feel very uncomfortable. they advertise a pool and splash pad. when asked about a splash pad, they question YOU! what splash pad? the pool is murky and gross. i have seen the facebook photos posted…it is not what you are paying for. Those are AI.you’re stepping on goggles and toys you are unable to see. But it is no wonder. Don’t bring food into the pool area, like sandwiches or chips to eat on the beach chairs. The kids who run the place may attack you because it’s not allowed! BUT they can eat inside the pool. We also had brought two small toys, one of which was taken and when we went to retrieve it was a big deal. the mini golf course’s turf is very beat down and the one water fall they have going through it does not work but has puddles of stagnant water filled with tadpoles and mosquitoes. the one set of nasty bathrooms they do have is one toilet and shower in the women’s room and one toilet and shower in the men’s. the door does have a code you put it, but the doors are unlocked anyways. the men’s at least has an action bolt lock on the inside of the door to keep from anyone else coming in, but the women’s does not. when one of the girls went to shower someone else had to watch the bathroom to make sure no one came in on them. the fishing pond? it is VERY small and overgrown with weeds. haven’t seen one fish come out of it. coaster was fun but had to pay separately for that and mini golf, which is completely understandable. manager there does “ rounds “ at night with what looks like 10 kids romping in her vehicle. she stopped to question two 14 year old girls and a 3 year old who was bouncing a ball back and forth if they were even camping there…i’d hope so. The second night we were there, at 12:17 AM, the manager starts beating on the camper door because 3 of our kids were riding scooters near the camper and said others were complaining. Upon talking to our neighbor campers the following morning, she had also beat on their doors asking if these kids were bothering them which they all replied no. Given when you’re at a campground that’s usually all you see is kids riding on something lol. Go to Battlerun for a weekend! So no one had really complained but she sure wanted them to. I guess it’s where these children had nice things to ride and the trailer park kids were riding older bicycles. While doing so, on multiple occasions, would attempt to ride wheelies next to other campers vehicles and nearly wiped out a 3 year old who was standing next to 2 adults in a well lit area next to our camper. After booking and giving the size of our camper so we could choose a spot, we arrived and was set up next to the trailer park… literally in their front yard and had to move due to our slide out touching the ground on that side. Upon having to move we were charged another 90 something dollars
because of something they should’ve known would not work. Hookups were very wiggly and not set right. Many of the campers who were there were long term/basically permanent. The road in and out of the place is barely wide enough for a car, more less campers and RVs. For a one night thing this place would be okay, but definitely no more than that. Online this campground is advertised very beautifully and promising…they need to open them a used car lot if anything with the way they can portray things! All in all, the families and workers who operate Brush Creek Falls RV Resort (how is this even considered a resort??) are running this place into the ground. Need some new staff, some upkeep , and clear boundaries laid out for the neighboring trailer park community.

We booked one of their cabins it was nice and very clean. The only thing I did not like they only have a futon to sit on in the living room. It would be better with a recliner or sofa. It is noisy being so close to the interstate but inside its quieter. It was a nice place overall.
