Nice location, we stayed in early July of 2019. The campsite is not directly on the lake but just up the road. Facilities were clean and well kept. The campsite manager (Mike) was friendly and welcoming, and had plenty of firewood available for sale.

Beautiful location with a spacious campsite. Bring your fishing poles and bait as the kids loved fishing on the far side of the lake. The lake is a great place to see the Milky Way on clear, moonless nights in summer. Overall rating would have been a 5 if not for the wet firewood we bought onsite. I recommend bringing your own.

Wonder views, quiet place. Perfect for star gazing. It was raining, the site we camped at had a terrible flow of water running right into the tent pad, and another stream of water through the middle of the site. We had to dig a trench with sticks to keep our tent from sitting in a puddle of water.
