Nestled between two deep clear lakes, Luna-White Deer Campground provides a north woods experience where you can hear the call of the loons at night and see lots of wildlife by day. Half of the campsites front on the two non-motorized lakes. A four-mile trail with great vistas circles the two lakes.

Beautiful area with nature at its best! Campground was lovely with large lots. Stayed a week and by the end of a busy July 4, the outdoor pit bathroom was almost unbearable.

There are lots of walking trails and a beautiful beach to swim at. So, if you like a quiet place with no electric hookups, water hookups and no cellular service, LunaWhitedeer campground is the place to go.

This is bar far the best campground I have ever been to. It was absolutely beautiful and quiet, minus the eagles and loons (which is what I want to hear). I cant wait to go back!!

Beautiful campground. Well kept up. Wish more of the lake sites were reservable. There was a guy doing annoying loon calls every time he paddled which disturbed the loons, but otherwise he was very peaceful
