Nestled between two deep clear lakes, Luna-White Deer Campground provides a north woods experience where you can hear the call of the loons at night and see lots of wildlife by day. Half of the campsites front on the two non-motorized lakes. A four-mile trail with great vistas circles the two lakes.

I’ve been going there for about 50 years. Its beautiful. I stayed there for 10 days on the last weekend had camper next to me run a generator 24/7 would have been nice if the campground host did rounds at quiet time (10pm)

Even though we could not kayak either of the two lakes due to rain and high winds it is great place to camp.

For the 2nd time this year we booked a site at this campground and the weather didn't cooperate so we canceled and outa luck for a refund or credit. First was forest fires and 2nd was thunderstorms.

Camped five nights Mon-Fri Sep 7-12 on site 5. Lots of availability. Good privacy between sites, clean, quiet campground. Newer well house for water near site 25? But not a threaded spigot. Water and dump station available in Eagle River at wastewater treatment plant; $5 to dump. Great Lakes for kayaking and hiking.
