Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Property owners must arrange check-in for their guests.
  • Contact the office at 608-868-4366 during specified hours for assistance.
  • Check-out must be completed before 1:00 PM.

Safety & rules

  • Reservations must be made by the property owner.
  • Guests may be asked to leave if complaints arise, forfeiting reservation money and future camping eligibility.
  • Guests must follow all rules; property owners may lose guest privileges if issues arise.
  • Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM (Mon-Sat) and 11 PM to 10 AM (Sun).
  • Recycling is required; designated area is available at the end of Guest Camping.
  • The speed limit within the park is 15 MPH for all vehicles.
  • Guests under 18 must be at their campsite by 11 PM; parents are responsible for their behavior.
  • Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult to camp.
  • The Association is not responsible for issues related to roadways or pool use.
  • Property owners must be present in the park during their guests' stay.
  • Property owners are accountable for their guests' behavior.

Cancellation policy

  • Reservations will be held for 10 days without payment; if not paid, they will be released.

Site capacity

  • Campsites can be reserved for up to 7 consecutive days; longer stays require a request.
  • Property owners can reserve up to 2 campsites for holiday weekends.
  • Up to 4 campsites can be reserved by property owners outside of holiday weekends; more requires Board approval.
  • Holiday weekend reservations require a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 7 nights.

Fees & deposits

  • Full payment is required within 10 days of making a reservation.
  • Reservation payments will be tracked; property owners are liable for unpaid balances.

Site types & loops

  • Only one camping unit is allowed per site; tents require permission.

Fires & fuel

  • Only clean wood fires are allowed in designated fire rings.

Vehicles & parking

  • Parking is allowed only in designated areas; no parking on lawns or streets.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed, and owners must clean up after them; no excessive noise allowed.

Amenities

  • Pool rules are posted at the pools and must be adhered to.
