Nature Calls Campground & RV Park

My family had a reunion at Nature Calls and it was fantastic! Located right outside of Hayward, but far enough off the road that it’s quiet and peaceful. The sites are beautiful with lots of trees and thick foliage. They are spacious and offer privacy… they all have full hookups, a fire ring and picnic table too! Shower house is spacious and clean. Free WiFi and wood available for purchase. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer fun merchandise to remember your stay too! We are planning to return here at least annually!

If you're looking for a peaceful camping experience near Hayward, Nature Calls is a fantastic choice! The sites are spacious, giving you plenty of room and privacy, and the entire campground is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are brand new and spotless. Fiber optic internet throughout the campground! The wooded setting is beautiful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The owners are incredibly friendly, conscientious, and clearly take pride in keeping the campground in top condition while making guests feel welcome. Its convenient location just minutes from Hayward makes it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer while still feeling tucked away in the woods. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Nature Calls during the Lumberjack Championship in Hayward. We just bought our 5th wheel this year and have never stayed at an RV Park but have driven past plenty that seemed crowded. Nature Calls was not that stereotype. The grounds are very wooded and each site had plenty of space. Each had a fire pit and generous picnic table. We are used to boondocking so having water, power, and sewer was pretty luxurious for us. WiFi worked well and reached to our site on the further side of the campground. The location couldn’t be beat (only a couple miles out of town). We met the owners at their tent at the championship and they seemed passionate about their business. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for an RV park that doesn’t compromise amenities for nature.

Stayed here on an impromptu camping trip. It just opened, so everything on the grounds is brand new. The bathroom area is very nice with each individual stall having a toilet and shower space. Booking was very easy, and staff were friendly and helpful. The site was nice and tidy with water, electric, fire pit, and picnic table. It was nice to have Wi-Fi too. We liked that it was in a very convenient location close to Hayward, but far enough away to be quiet. We’ll come here again, which I suppose is the best compliment.

My wife and I spent two glorious evenings camping at Nature Calls Campground just outside of Hayward on Hwy 77.

To be honest, we’ve never seen such beautiful terrain as a campground. The campsites are set well back off the highway in the woods. Tall, beautiful birch and oak throughout the campground. All of the sites are well laid out with fire ring, picnic table, and full hook up. The shower houses are new, spacious and clean. Plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi solid.

We spent a little time talking with one of the owners, Seth, and he was extremely gracious and helpful with things to do in the Hayward area.
