What Guests Are Saying
Spearhead Point is a beautiful campground with spacious sites, many on the water, and well-kept facilities, making it ideal for nature lovers and camping enthusiasts. Visitors appreciate the quiet atmosphere, ample opportunities for fishing and kayaking, and the overall natural beauty of the area. While some challenges exist, such as the broken water pump and noisy neighbors, many campers express a strong desire to return for future visits.

Great place! Please don’t bring noisy generators here.
Trail around the perimeter of peninsula is fun to explore - as well as the pine island (peninsula) attached. VERY quiet on Thursday, noisy on Friday.
No swimmable area. Can bring kayaks as most sites have a personal dock!!

Great time on Ice Age Trail. Wonderful water from the spring. Large sites with reasonable privacy compared to state parks in WI.

We have enjoyed many years of camping at spearhead. Birding is espially good on the flowage. We look for the eagles nest each year.
