Riviera Resort and Campground

It's been a couple of years since we've been to the Riviera. On a road trip with friends and decided to get a bite to eat before trying our luck at Hochunk. The waitress was attentive and did a great job. Our friends had a pizza which was very good. My wife had a chicken wrap served as a salad. She said it was excellent. My choice was the Bourbon Burger. It was one of the better burgers that I've had. Loved the glaze over the bacon bits and fried onions. We do road trips regularly to BRF. Will definitely stop again and try some of the other menu items.

Very disappointed with the overpriced prime rib. $110 for two of us. 1 drink each the special and chicken. Wow!

Stopped on a SxS ride for lunch and sat at an outdoor table. The restaurant was very busy but the service was excellent! The waitress was very friendly and had a great attitude. The food was amazing and the drinks were cold!!

We had gone there to celebrate my friends birthday and to listen to the band that was playing that night. When we got there, I'm assuming she was one of the managers was very rude when she was telling me about the snacks I had ordered. She had mending cheese curds weren't done yet. I told her I didn't order cheese curds. She got very snotty and said yes I did. She them went into the kitchen and came out and told me they were for someone else. Not even a sorry. Then later she came to tell me that the power went out so she couldn't bring the other snacks I had ordered and I told her no problem whenever she can get them done was fine with me. Again alittle later I went up to the bar to get a soda for my husband, ididn't say a word about my snacks, and she again in her rude voice said she couldn't get me snacks. I again I told her whenever. Then I asked the bartender for my drink. Went to close it my tab, and they're was so many items that weren't mine. Same rude lady got mad because she had to reduce my bill. I'm sorry I'm not paying for a $9 double titos drink i didn't order. She said people told them to put it on the party tab. I said I didn't have a party tab. She said your the only party here. Is she is there I will not order any food and I will not deal with her. Very very bad customer service from this lady. If you don't like your job find a different one because you're not a people person.

First time coming here since new ownership, service was great. What I really appreciated was, we came at about 2:30 asked if they had a fish fry. It didn't start until 4. Without us even asking the server went back and asked for yes. We both got the fish fry the fish was great! The homemade chips could use a tad more seasoning.

Overall a great experience. Who I could assume was the owner came out and greeted us, asked how everything was. I would recommend. I do want to go back and try their burgers at some point.
