- Minors under 14 must be on-site by 9 PM; older minors must be on-site during quiet hours.
Safety & rules
- Stay off other campsites to respect privacy.
- Cutting down trees or limbs is prohibited.
- Fireworks, firearms, and explosives are prohibited.
- The campground is not responsible for guest accidents or loss of valuables.
- Campground is not liable for damage to personal property.
- Alcohol consumption is limited to guests 21 and older.
- Guests must be 21 or older to make reservations and payments.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Parents must supervise their children at all times.
- Bicycles cannot be ridden after dark unless equipped with lights.
- Stay on the road after dark to prevent injuries.
- Use the dumpster for bagged garbage.
- Remove all garbage from fire pits.
- Violators may be evicted without refund.
Vehicles & parking
- Use roadways for golf carts, bicycles, and pedestrians; licensed drivers required for vehicles.
- Vehicles must stay on roads and off grass and campsites.
- Speed limit for all vehicles is 5 MPH.
Site capacity
- Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per campsite.
Cancellation policy
- All reservations cannot be refunded.
Pets
- Pets should be quiet and owners must clean up after them.
- Pets must be either inside or leashed and supervised.
- Excessive barking or unattended pets may result in removal from the property.
- Limit of 2 pets per site unless otherwise approved.
- Pets must be vaccinated and aggressive dogs are not allowed.
- Pets showing aggressive behavior will be removed without refund.
Guests
- Campers are responsible for the conduct of and any damages caused by their dependent children and child visitors.
Fires & fuel
- No outside wood is allowed; certain materials are prohibited.
- All fires need to be supervised by an adult.
- Extinguish fires before leaving the area.
Utilities
- Wastewater must be contained; dumping is prohibited.
- No wipes, paper towels, or tampons in the waste system.
