- Right to Refuse
- Assumption of Risk: Tenants assume all risks associated with camping and agree to hold the property harmless from and indemnify the property against any claims.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, follow all posted instructions and directives from park staff.
- Right to Evict: We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with the rules and policies.
- Policy Changes: Management reserves the right to modify or add rules as necessary.

Vehicles & parking
- Access may be refused for unacceptable vehicles.
- Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only.

- The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH.
- Adults must supervise their children at all times.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Loud music and excessive noise are not allowed.
- Guests must keep the campground clean and behave properly.
- Illegal drugs are not allowed; alcohol should be consumed responsibly.
- Firearms, weapons, and explosives are prohibited.
- Fireworks and hazardous materials cannot be used.
- Harassment or offensive behavior will lead to eviction without a refund.
- Guests are liable for damage or injury caused by them, their children, and pets.
- Guests assume all camping-related risks and indemnify the property.
- The property is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Guests must secure their belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage.
- Follow posted emergency instructions and staff directives.
- Rules may be updated or changed by management.
- Consent is needed for automated text messages; it can be revoked.
Wildlife & food storage
- Cutting or damaging trees and vegetation is prohibited.
Fires & fuel
- Fires are allowed only in designated areas and if no fire ban is active.
Pets
- Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
- Guest Responsibility: Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.

Deposit
- Right to Refuse Service: The property is privately owned; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as deemed necessary. Violation of any rule or state law is grounds for dismissal from the park without a refund.
