What Guests Are Saying
Grant River Campground offers spacious, well-maintained sites with stunning views of the Mississippi River and beautiful sunsets. Paved campsites, beautiful views and family friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were free, albeit cold. Rangers did come by and say we were a little loud although a train runs by randomly all night. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We only stayed one night, visiting a friend. The site was great, very close to the river. We had a good experience with the folks who checked us in, and we loved the sunset!

Lovely quiet, small campground. Only drawback is the frequent close by trains.

Great campground, but the one drawback was it’s location right next to railroad tracks. Would have been tolerable if a train passed by just a few times a day, but sometimes it was multiple times an hour. And the trains didn’t stop at night. You could hear it storm by, blasting its horn all throughout the night. It does have a great location close to Potosi and Grant River Tubing Company.

Great campground. Right on the Mississippi river, amazing view. Love the camp rules and park ranger presence ensuring everyone enjoys their stay. The price is awesome $20 for an electric site can't be beaten. The shower house that I used in the morning was really clean and kept up. I will definitely be back.
