What Guests Are Saying
Grant River Campground offers spacious, well-maintained sites with stunning views of the Mississippi River and beautiful sunsets. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly atmosphere, as well as the proximity to charming towns like Potosi. However, the frequent train traffic nearby can be disruptive for some campers, especially at night.

We tried to camp here at least once every season. The view of the sunset over the Mississippi is second to none. Every site has a view of the river so that is very enjoyable.

Would have preferred to be closer to the river, but understand there is limited sites. Loved the trains as my father traveled those exact tracks when he worked for the railroad. His trip was Galesburg, IL to LaCrosse, WI.

Such a pretty camp ground. Beautiful view of the River. If you can handle the train coming and going it’s a sweet place.

Excellent spot to camp and very nice facilities. If train traffic bothers you not the place to camp. Double main line for BNSF Railroad.
