Two Lakes Campground is our absolute favorite place to camp. The sites are wonderful and the water is the clearest and cleanest you can find!

Pet friendly, quiet, great fishing and fantastic boating

Camp site was very nice, more than enough room for a large tent, 2 vehicles, and a 14ft boat. The fishing on Lake Owen was phenomenal if you target smallmouth, northern pike, perch, or bluegill! Didn't know where to pay the daily boat launch fee so instead drove a couple minutes down the road and used the free launch (lots more parking). They will deliver anything you need straight to your campsite including firewood and ice, though it is a bit pricey. But there is a gas station convenience store close by where you can also get supplies. I would definitely come back for the smallmouth fishing alone.

We have been camping at Two Lakes for 11 years. As always, the camp host are very helpful and keep the sites and restroom and the beaches in good order. Never a noise problem.

Weather was good, fishing was good, campground was busy but peaceful. Mosquitoes were terrible day and night.

I've never experienced mosquitos as bad as they were when we stayed for the weekend. Be prepared to be covered or stay in a netted space. Bug spray worked some but would suggest bringing more types of repellent or coverage. We later moved to a different spot that was hopefully not as bad as it was more open space than our original campsite. We moved spots about 7pm and we were charged a site change fee for moving spots. There were a lot of other open sites and found it pretty ridiculous considering the time of day and number of open campsites. The campgrounds were well maintained, very pretty at the lakes, and the bathrooms were clean.

This was our first trip to Two Lakes it was beautiful and very quiet. You can hear the Loons in the morning and see Deer in the campgrounds. I am petty sure their is a Big Foot their but we never did see it but I think we heard it. The sites are well spaced. Would be nice to have a place to take a shower. Bring your bug spray allot of mosquitoes. We will be going back.

We have been coming here for 2 years now. The sites and bathrooms are clean and very well taken care of. The lakes are excellent for fishing and swimming. Everytime we come here we always see alot of wildlife. This is a very popular campground.
We love it and you will too!

The Two Lakes campground in Chequemegon National Forest was fantastic! Our site was clean when we arrived. The campsite and other campers were very peaceful and quiet; perfect for observing the going-ons of nature. Both lakes on site are gorgeous and easy to access from the boat launches. We canoed and swam in both. Crystal clear water with a hint of red due to the natural minerals I suppose… Ample services of Ice and firewood was available via the on site camp host! The camp host was a pleasant fella. We hiked the North Country Trail which can be picked up at the entrance of the two lakes campground. Trails were not too advanced; making for a solid 2 mile hike for our family including a 4 year old and 6 year old twins. We sure did enjoy our stay! Nothing but positive experience at the Two Lakes Campground!

One of my favorite campgrounds! I have been camping here for years and noticed that the beautiful trail around Bass Lake has been neglected. Signs rotten and falling over. It would be a shame to let it go. Also, several outhouses are closed indefinitely and this makes the distance much greater to use a facility. Thirdly, some of the water points are not functioning. Please maintain this campground, it's a good one. Hosts were pleasant.
