The camp hosts were incredibly helpful! Cleanest pit toilets we've experienced anywhere! We drove up right at check in time and they came zooming in after us to make sure the site was clean (it was) and to see if we had any questions (we did). We received SO much wonderful information from them - they came back with National Forest pamphlets and mountain bike trail maps (Namakagon). These days everyone expects you to access information on your phone, but sometimes you don't have reception or it's just nice to see the bigger picture - literally. Thank you to the multiple hosts/information helper for making this stay better than just camping in the woods.

The campground is large. The sites are spaced out very well. The camp hosts were friendly. The bathrooms were very clean. Will go again. Loved it!

This is a gem of a campground! With the choice of 2 lakes (boat launches and beaches for both are within the campground) there are many options for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and boating. For campsites on Lake Owen, your boat can be secured at your campsite with water access via a path and/or stairs from these campsites. The only thing that is missing is shower facilities. For those who like hiking, there is access to a hiking trail around Bass Lake as well as access to The North Country Trail. This is a lovely campground!

My family has been coming to Two Lakes over Labor Day for 40+ years. The campsites are spread out and private with several lake options. Unfortunately the past 5-6 years we have experienced more RV's/Campers with generators. Generators are allowed in the park and can run 6am - 10pm so I can't complain to the campers as they are within the rules but do wish their was a dedicated location where generators are not permitted. The campground is located in National Forest and very majestic/rustic. As soon as the generators fire up al is lost. Also 99% of the time the generator is located on neighbors side of the RV/Camper so the noise is shielded for the owner of the generator but not their neighbors so the neighbor has no choice but to listen to it.

The campground was excellent! The weather was beautiful. The rattly generators is the only downside. But with many of the sites quite far from others it's easy to get away if needed.

I use to camp here when my kids were young. Now, a good friend and myself get away for an extended weekend in the fall to enjoy the clean, quiet and scenic surroundings. Love it!

One of my favorite campgrounds! I have been camping here for years and noticed that the beautiful trail around Bass Lake has been neglected. Signs rotten and falling over. It would be a shame to let it go. Also, several outhouses are closed indefinitely and this makes the distance much greater to use a facility. Thirdly, some of the water points are not functioning. Please maintain this campground, it's a good one. Hosts were pleasant.

From Drummond follow Forest Road 213 southeast to the intersection of
Forest Road 213 and 216. Veer left (east) and continue on Forest Road 213
for 2 miles. Veer right (south) onto Forest Road 214 and travel 0.5 mile
to the campground.

General
- First-come, first-served sites may be available
- Aquatic Invasive Species decontamination is required by Bayfield County ordinance when you land your boat at the Two Lakes Campground or North Outlet landing on Lake Owen. The campground has a sanitizing station with a mild bleach solution to kill AIS and the North Outlet Landing has a hot water washing system. Either may be used prior to entering the lake.
- Maximum vehicle size is 50 feet Maximum of 8 people and 4 vehicles at each camp site. Vehicle capacity limit includes vehicles, wheeled camping units and trailers.
- Reserved Sites will be held until the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of that following day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released to other guests. Once your reservation start date has begun, neither the Recreation.gov Contact Center nor the campground manager will be able to modify your reservation.
- Don't move firewood: To limit the spread of invasive tree-killing pests, firewood from outside the area is not permitted. Some states have quarantines and may confiscate your firewood. Please help protect our forests from invasive species by obtaining your firewood at or near your camping destination and burning it on-site. Visit dontmovefirewood.org for more information.
