Scenic Ridge Campground

This is honestly one of the best campgrounds we've stayed at. The campground feel is amazing. Even the bathrooms are ALL very well maintained. Very comfortable, we make friends every time.

This is a large campground with mainly permanent sites and 1/3 daily sites. I found the place to me less friendly then most places I have been. The pull through sites are grassy and not private at all. I will not be returning, just not our vibe.

We have gone for years to Scenic Ridge, but this year a VERY RUDE man with strawberry blonde hair was working the grounds. They are unreasonable and very selective when it comes to enforcing rules and policies.They were very cold. He yelled numerous times at my family and my kids. We are not a troublesome family! This man also was very rude to the kids on the playground, all the while his group of people were being loud. It was like a no noise policy right at 9pm. Any kind of bike on the path even around 8 he was yelling! We were very disappointed with this treatment and will no longer be bringing our family and friends back here.

Quiet hours after 10pm never happened. So many campers were very loud/rowdy for several hours after 10pm plus too many to count golf carts passing by till after midnight. Constant dust being blown into your site from all the golf carts. The wibit was overrun by teenagers who were just blocking the inflatables from the kids. Had a teenager knock my kid down on the jumping pillow.

The sound of Miller's being cracked is enough to keep anyone up until 2 a.m., and if that doesn't get you then the club music will. I counted no fewer than 10 cars and golf carts drive past my site between 1 and 2 a.m. (you know, since I was up). With all the traffic I should've just camped along I-94. Then again, maybe they were the smart ones since the majority were heading toward the exit. Don't come here if you wanted to sleep.
