What Guests Are Saying
The stay at the Hettinger Group site was fantastic overall, despite a minor issue with the host not having a record of the reservation. Communication between the office and the host could be improved to avoid confusion. Overall, it was a perfect trip, and the reviewer looks forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Hettinger Group site. However the host had no record that we had reservations and questioned the validity of our stay. I tried to show him the reservation as proof but Gary said he didn’t need it. Maybe the office should communicate better with the host. It was awkward. Other than that little snaffoo perfect trip. Can’t wait to go back.
