Middle Fork is a beautiful, peaceful campground with well-maintained, clean facilities and stunning natural surroundings, including a creek and rocky formations. Many visitors praised the friendly camp host and the serene atmosphere, making it ideal for families and those seeking a quiet retreat. Some minor inconveniences noted include occasional noise from generators and tight access for larger RVs, but overall, the campground is highly recommended for its charm and tranquility.

It's a beautiful, peaceful campground, except for the occasional generator, with the stream running by each campsite. Far enough away from the road to not hear the road. Campground host, who is at another campground, keeps it very clean. I can't really recommend the Sherd Lake trail. One of the rockiest trails I've encountered. One can never look up while walking, and it has a lot of ups and downs. Lake is a plain lake with no mountain backdrop.
