What Guests Are Saying

South Fork Campground is highly praised for its clean facilities, attentive camp host, and beautiful location near the creek, making it ideal for exploring the Bighorn Mountains. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained trails, and the relaxing sound of the nearby stream. While some noted that campsites are close together and that fire pits could be better maintained, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Nice spot near the creek. Campsites are a little close and you can clearly see your neighbor, but the water helped drown out the noise

Debbie never cleans the fire pits. We have been going to this campground for years. When Pat was camp host the fire pits were cleaned. Since Debbie has been camp host the fire pits are never cleaned.
Other than that it is one of our most favorite campgrounds.

My daughter and I camped in the walk-in site 10. The walk is very short from the parking, maybe 50 ft so it was easy to haul everything in. The creek was really running which was cool! The host was very attentive and knowledgeable. Hope to stay here again next trip through.

Great fishing spot but quiet time does not mean bed time. This is the only spot we get talked to.
