What Guests Are Saying
Tie Hack Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained environment with clean facilities and friendly camp hosts, making it a favorite spot for many visitors. The campground features spacious sites, a great location near the Tie Hack Reservoir, and well-maintained vault toilets. However, some guests experienced early morning noise from tree thinning activities and reported occasional issues with road traffic and wildlife management. Overall, the positives of cleanliness, helpful staff, and scenic beauty outweigh the negatives.

My family and i are from wyoming. We live 15 min from the camp ground. We know how to camp and act camping. We frequent these areas and have never had an issue until this year. The host was constantly stopping to harrass us and made excuses to stop and tell us how to camp or even burn a fire. We are aware of all these laws and rules. Then we were pushed out 2 hours early because the other people showed up early. She didnt do this to any other site. However the other sites were also not mexican families like ours. It was not relaxing at all. To add the trash was constantly over flowing and the bathrooms were so bad i had to bring my peppermint oil to the bathroom to breathe! I have visited it before and it was never that bad. I love the area and love camping with my family. We just dont like to be harrassed and followed.

Visitors didn't follow instructions in the restrooms. Left pit toilet lids up instead of closed. Funneling fumes into the closed room. More signed instructions might help.
