Nice well spaced campground located about a half mile from the cloud peak scenic byway and about 20 minutes from Buffalo. Flies were an issue at the campground, but seemed to be an issue throughout the Bighorns. Mosquitoes weren’t too bad and the vault toilets were well maintained. They sell firewood for $6 a bundle, cheaper than in town. About a 15 minute drive to the cloud peak wilderness trail, about a 5 minute drive to the Tie Hack reservoir. Great location, road traffic can be a little loud at times but for the most part nice.

The place was nice, the amenities were clean and nearby. As stated before reserving there was no cell service.
We had a full day of rain which limited our activities but glad we could explore the area. Overall very good

Had a great stay at Tie Hack! Love the privacy the campground provided, close enough to walk to our friend's site next door but far enough away to feel private. We had a blast exploring the Big Horn area with our 4x4. Looking forward to future visits!
