Great campground, big trees offered some shade, spots were spread out enough to provide some privacy.
Could use coat hooks in the outhouses, which could stand to have been cleaned a little more often.

The man who worked for forest service and checked on campgrounds was great. Had a problem with our young dog and he was there to help. Saw him daily , friendly, and easy to talk to. I wish we got his name.
Letting you know he is doing a great job.
Thanks to him we had a great stay.

We just finished a 3 week road trip, stopping at Wapiti campground for 5 days. Our site was very private with views and a trail to the river. The campground host, Candy, was the best host we had for the entirety of the trip. The campground was quiet. The bathrooms were cleaner than other campground we stayed at.

3rd Time I've stayed here, well maintained, quiet, can watch the goats running around in the mountains to the north, great fishing access, close to Cody and the Park. $20 a night with electric! You can't beat it.
