What Guests Are Saying

Curtis Gulch Campground offers a pleasant and spacious environment with ample shade from trees and beautiful mountain scenery. The facilities, including clean bathrooms and nearby fishing locations, enhance the camping experience. While access may be challenging in wet conditions and there was a minor issue with campsite availability upon arrival, the overall tranquility and hiking opportunities make it a great weekend getaway.

Campground was in a great spot and just as advertised but someone was in our campsite when we arrived. Not a huge deal since other sites were open but still slightly disappointing.

Even though the campground host was in Esterbrook he swung by and made sure we were good to go. The views and hikes within such a short distance of this campground make it an awesome weekend gettaway. I only wish that we would've had more days to spend here.

There are nice locations to fish, a clean bathroom, and beautiful mountain scenery at the campground.

This was an incredible camp ground to stay at. There were a good amount of trees for shade and a fair amount of space between ours and the next campsite. It was not busy at all as only one other campsite was in use. There are some ORV trails around the sites that attracted some people but only during the day and were sparse.
We stayed in site 6 which is directly next to site 5. Site 4 sits across from both and on the opposite end of the campsite is site 1-3.
The bathroom is next to campsite 2. It was very clean and did not have much of a smell.
There is one hiking trail near by that is not well marked/ well traveled but well worth the time spent.
It was slightly difficult for us to reach the campsite but we were able to do it in our sedan. Definitely not reachable if there was any recent rain.
