Lovely camp ground with fairly good space between sites. The “no generator” loop is nice and quiet with only a few small trailers. So close to the river, you can walk right in. I’d stay here again.

Overall a very good experience at the campground. There are several hikes/viewpoints fairly close, which makes getting up for sunrise views of the Tetons a little bit easier. Only 2 issues that doesn’t make this a five star review. The first was that the toilets were just barely functioning, taking 3+ flushes. I totally get that in camping you won’t always get pristine facilities but the signs up tell me that this has been an issue for quite a while. The second issue was the steep charge for fire wood. Two mediocre sized bundles ran us just over 30$, we got four 30 minute fires out of them due to the wood being bone dry. Not mad about the dry wood, but was just a lot more than we are used to spending.

Beautiful place to stay!
The campground is safe, well maintained and very quiet during the night.
Lots of wildlife, birds, butterflies, fresh elk prints in our campsite in the morning!
The trash cans are at the end of each loop and they have recycling bins as well!
The river is close by (no dogs allowed) and fun to play in!
The firewood bundles are a bit pricey but the bundles are large.
Close to Moose Junction for an evening walk or morning walk on excellent paths around the lake. Beautiful sunset photos with the Tetons in the background!
I’ve stayed in this campground many times and will continue to do so.
Oh, I also like the reservations only now! Make sure you plan well in advance but with a reservation you’re in with no problems!

Campsites are clean and have distance between them. Not stacked on top of each other. The hosts come around after each site is emptied to make sure everything is clean and ready for the next tenant. Staff is courteous and friendly. We really like this campground.

Gorgeous camp site with an amazing view! Quiet time at 10pm is strictly enforced, you could hear a pen drop from across camp. We absolutely loved our time here!
