Very cool campground. Sites didn't feel too close together although it was not full whatsoever. Evidence of animals, including bears was around but did not witness any except deer roaming the campground. Vault toilets surprisingly clean but it could be it was the off season and very cold up there. It is very beautiful up that way although we did have difficulty finding firewood and had to search other empty sites for anything useable.

The location of the camp is good but the site was very rocky and difficult to pitch a tent (mine is a 2 people lightweight one). Very exposed and the nearest vault toilets were some of the worse I've seen for ages. The ones by the host were fine. Ok for one night but I would pick a different site on the outer loop with more amenable ground for pitching a tent.
