From Laramie, WY, take I-80 east 9.5 miles to WY 210, exit 323. Exit and go left at the stop sign onto WY 210/ Happy Jack Rd. and go 0.1 miles to Happy Jack Recreation Area sign. Turn left, staying on WY 210, and go 2.1 miles to another Happy Jack Recreation Area sign on FR 719. Turn right onto FR 719 and go 1.1 miles to "Y" intersection. Bear left and go 0.4 miles to campground.
Yellow Pine Campground is accessible via I-80, approximately 9.5 miles to the west at exit 323 (WY 210). From there, WY 210 leads directly to the campground.

- There are no electric, water, or sewer hookup services.
- Maximum length of stay is 14 days.
- Campfires at this site are only allowed in USFS approved metal fire rings.
- Campsites are limited to 8 people and 2 vehicles per site.
- Only 1 RV/trailer per RV campsite.
- No RVs or camper trailers can park in parking spaces for walk-in tent campsites. These campsites and associated parking are for tent camping only.
