Website is not clear in description of this site. We reserved a tent spot so expectations were not high. Site did not have adequate parking for 2 vehicles, no table and no fire pit. We wound up going elsewhere and forfeiting our reservation dollars.
We’ve stayed on the mountain many times and until now we’ve been very happy

Very clean and well kept camp ground the space was large and the camp units are spaced out so we didn't feel cramped in at all. Lots of wildlife in the area

Campsites were well spaced with lots of shade and the campground is near several nice hiking trails. There was a bit of noise during the day from OHV traffic on the adjacent road.

It was slightly confusing. We were able to find the campground, but we never did see a sign that marked the forest service Road we were able to find it because I had looked on the Google map before we got to the area and saw the lodge listed as being on the same road there’s no cell service up there so it made it kind of tricky. There was no host in the Camper and our site said occupied, but after speaking to another Camper, we figured out that someone had marked it as occupied for us. It is a very remote location.
