Colter Bay RV Park is a well-managed and friendly facility, offering full hookups and well-maintained sites that are suitable for both small and large RVs. Campers appreciate the convenient amenities, including a welcome center, laundry, and dining options, as well as proximity to beautiful Jackson Lake and the Tetons. While some sites may require leveling and certain facilities have a small fee, the overall experience is highly regarded, making it an ideal base camp for exploring the area.

First time RV campers, and we were very happy with the park. They accommodated our needs, were very friendly and helpful, and had really nice facilities and food options. Loved the short walk to beach too! Thanks for a great weekend!

Full hookups on Colter bay RV Park. Good base camp for the area. Well managed, pleasant, helpful staff. Sites well maintained, pretty level, decent distance between campsites even for big rigs. Walking distance Very helpful welcome center, laundry, outpost, restaurant, nice marina to rent kayacks and boats on beautiful glacier fed lake. Little pricy but worth it. Book early. Not everything open until May 21st. Fills up fast. Bring bear spray. 😉

Low 4, inside park-so convenient, sites needed some leveling, showers cost $5, ok for sleeping not really for hanging out. Lakeshore trail nearby nice easy hike with great Jackson Lake views.

Our family traveled from suburban Philadelphia to 12 national parks out west. This by far was one of our favorite locations the entire trip. We stayed here on our drive in to Yellowstone. The view of the Tetons and the lake at the base of the camp was incredible. We watched meteors fall over the lake and it was amazing. We stayed in the RV portion of the park which appeared to be almost entirely booked. Book well in advance of your stay.
There is a store and laundry at the front of the RV park.
Things are about 10% higher in cost in the park so it pays to be prepared.
We had a pull through site for our RV with full hookups.
Nearby families were not to loud and most were friendly. This is a good location to have a Basecamp for exploring the Tetons of even Yellowstone.
Ps: if traveling to more than 2 national parks, I strongly suggest getting the national park pass. It saved my family a ton of money. It paid for itself after 3, maybe 4 parks.

We stayed here while seeing the Grand Tetons for a couple nights. Nice RV park with full hookups. Large pines in the campground. Pull through sites. #480 was our site. We have a 34’ fifth wheel. Fit nice.
