We loved our stay here. Bathrooms were always clean and stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. The dish area had hot water. The showers in the women's bathroom did not always have reliable hot water for some of the people in our party but I guess I got lucky and never experienced that. Great proximity to Grand Tetons but if Yellowstone is what you want to see, you'll be spending a lot of time in the car!

We stayed one night between visits to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. It was a convenient location, and we appreciated the availability of laundry, but otherwise we did not enjoy the stay. The roads created an excessive amount of dust even when cars drove slowly, the women’s bathroom by our site was out of order (which they did not share when we checked in) so we had to walk to the other end. There also seemed to be little adherence to quiet hours, and it was quite loud all around until nearly midnight. We will not stay here again.

The customer service was great! We stayed in 3 different campsites in different nights. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful!

Like the central location between Yellowstone and Grand Teton so can cover both parks although most destinations are 1+h away. Wood cabin was cozy and didn't feel cold even when overnight temp dips to freezing. Free 24h hot shower was nice

Everything was amazing. They only thing I wished is the restaurant would let you take things to go.

My rustic cabin at Headwaters was clean, well marked, and just as I expected. There was a small dresser, desk, and lantern in the cabin. The bathrooms were nearby (maybe 50 yds to one and 100yds to another) and were very clean and I never had to wait for showers. The firepit at the campsite was well-maintained and tidy too.

I've stayed in a "camper cabin" many times, primarily just before or just after a backpacking trip. The attraction is keeping dry and not having to deal with setting up/taking down camp. That said, I've never slept particularly well in the cabins. The mattresses aren't quite thick enough for a side sleeper, and adding a sleeping pad on top is logistically awkward.
The showers are nice, however, and food in the lodge restaurant is relatively reasonably priced--and good--when compared to offerings in Yellowstone.
