Signal Mountain Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting right next to Jackson Lake, with clean facilities, running water, and a variety of amenities, including boat rentals and dining options. Be aware that there is no campground host at this sight. If you have noisy neighbors you have to call the lodge. It did not seem like a friendly place and showers are $5 for five minutes. The place is very overpriced for what you get. The baristas at the coffee shop were the exception- very friendly.

Fantastic location to experience Grand Tetons. And awesome walk to hidden falls. Also a fun hike through the Forest up signal mountain from the campsite - w great views at the top.

We had the best time at Signal Mountain campground. We stayed in site 11 and it was absolutely perfect with a view of the lake and Tetons behind it. Site 10 sits in front of 11 so there was a camper blocking some of the view but it was awesome, nonetheless. A fox came out at night to look for scraps- be sure to clean everything up! And the resident elk named Hollywood made his visit. So incredible. The laundry room worked great for running allll our laundry half way through our cross country trip but it had SO many biting flies inside. We used the bathhouse and showers worked great. Get your tokens in the laundry room. Pack bear spray and bug spray and you’ll be good! It was our first time to Wyoming and GTNP but it definitely won’t be our last.

We usually stay ay Colter Bay or Gros Ventre campgrounds. Signal Mountain has a good location. I wish more sites had water views. By walking a ways behind our site we could get to the water views however. Bathroom was further than I prefer. Positives are immediate presence of restaurants with coffee and or meals. Our site was level enough for a medium sized tent. Sites are very wooded so we had a felling of privacy.
