Signal Mountain Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting right next to Jackson Lake, with clean facilities, running water, and a variety of amenities, including boat rentals and dining options. The staff was very helpful to me in finding my reservation which I have had booked incorrectly. I want to give a shout-out to the kid in the booth you helped me find my reservation for the camp.

We were in Site 33-- nothing was level. It was extremely awkward to get our small trailer parked there. A few long logs to define the back of the site would have been nice.

We always enjoy our time at Signal Mt. Campground. A beautiful campground in a wonderful location. We try to visit and stay at least twice every season. Moving to the reservation system continues to take some getting used to. One thing that we have difficulty understanding is the amount of sites that are reserved and thus unavailable, but never occupied during our stays. We fellow travelers understand that plans change, especially when you now have to make plans and book 6 months in advance, but when plans do change, going online and cancelling/changing the reservation is the considerate and appropriate thing to do. The reservation app is easy to use and Recreation.gov does a good job communicating about upcoming reservations. In addition, we have noticed that the Park and concessioners are making access to data/WiFi easier. Wouldn't you want some of your money refunded if you are not going to use your spot? Do the locals just want to keep the tourists out? I get it, I loved staying in GTNP before the world and its crowds found out how cool it is and have made things more challenging to enjoy in the Park. But I don't think the crowd situation is changing anytime soon.

Gorgeous! Unless you already scored the select campsites or are staying in the lodge it’s a short walk to Jackson lake and Teton views. Ate at the restaurant one night with decent food and good service. Also plentiful laundry machines, showers, gas, etc. highly recommended
