A very well maintained and scenic campground. We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a great hike to Photographer's Point from the Elkhart Park entrance, which was just up the road.

Beautiful site by the lake. We used this as our basecamp to do trail runs into the Wind Rivers.

Nice park. No hookups of any kind, but that was refreshing. Very quiet and clean over all. Nice little swim beach, but very windy.

We love Pinedale area. Camping was a great way to do that on a tight budget. When we got to our campsite the party in the next site had taken doce up in our site. We weren’t sure where to put our tent as they had several of their 5 that looked suspiciously close to what should have been our space. We needed up sharing our friends site that was close by bc there wasn’t any room for us at our own site. The spots are small. If you have more than 2 tents, you’ll need to get more than one site.
We love the lake. We had our own little mini private inlet/beach as did several others close by. It was nice to share the water but have some privacy as well.

Fremont Lake is a beautiful clear body of water where everyone can experience: bath on beach, swim, water ski, surf, SUP etc. the campground is right next to Lake and you are emerged in Mother Nature- there is nothing better.

What a beautiful lake! Wonderful campsites, and super clean bathrooms. The only thing that I would recommend would be to have a limitation on the hours of use for generators.

We enjoy camping at Fremont Lake. Great campsites, clean bathrooms, quiet area, and friendly hosts. The only updates - we ran into quite a few driving the wrong way so the arrows on the road could be painted. Also, signs to slow down. Fix the potholes heading into the campground - small vehicles can be swallowed and lots of dodging and weaving to avoid the potholes.
