Great little camp ground! Spot was extremely private and had a short trail to the lake! Can’t wait to visit again.

The drunk lady screaming half the night had to compete with the generator running all night. No camp host on site to address the problem. We had a four night reservation but packed up and left after the first night. Go for the first come first serve at Green River Lakes campground, it is worth driving the bad road.

It’s a beautiful location and the bathrooms were well maintained, but our campsite had a fire pit that was full of water and had a dead rodent inside. We ended up paying for another site the second night just so we could have a fire and get away from the “rodent soup”.

Too many people in a small campground. Overcrowded beach. Had to get up early justvto get avspot. Ran out of toilet paper every other day. One day we had to go to the rangers station in pinedale to get them up there.

Lovely little campground with surprisingly private sites thanks to the great tree coverage and easy access to the lake for beautiful views. Close enough to Pinedale for anything you need, but far enough to feel away from town, too.

My only advice is to try to make sure you arrive before dark because the road you take from the highway, while nicely paved, was in desperate need of having the lines repainted so it was stressful driving up after dark lol. Super easy in the daylight.

The campground was clean and easily accessible. Super quiet at night, and a wonderful sunrise over the lake. Be ready for mosquitoes.

Great little campground, no wifi which is just fine with us! And no hookups, pit toilets, also just fine. The frustrating thing is that people will reserve the best spots for 2 weeks and then only show up on the weekends...seems obvious it is locals that do this, using it as their 'summer camp'.
We took a hike to what we thought was to Little Half Moon, but the trail is poorly marked after about a mile and a half. Nice hike, up and down, didn't make it all the way to the lake though.

This campground is perfect for tents and vans but too small for large campers. It was wonderful not hearing generators all night. The hike to LIttle Half Moon was fun. Lake was wonderful to swim in. Campers were respectful and quiet making this place a gem to camp. Folks with large trailers can camp at Fremont Lake with the amenities they enjoy and desire, but not here!
