Red Desert Rose RV Campground

This was the worse rv park we have ever stayed at. We were traveling to Washington State and booked this rv park because it fell within our 8 hour driving schedule and the pictures on the web site looked nice. Little did we know they must have been taken in the 60’s. The rv park looked terrible and was surrounded by what looks like a used trailer and dump area. I had a hard time finding the water hook up because the grass was taller than the water supply. It looked snakey as it has not been mowed. Very disappointed in the lack of care. They need to shut it down and it is false advertising with those pictures from the past. Don’t ruin your vacation by staying at this rv park….. if you can call it that. It’s like boondocking with electricity and water!🥴

Great for overnight stay. RV site adequate with small grass area between sites. Bathrooms clean. Saw children having a good time in the putt putt and playground areas. Rose was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Would have given a 4 star but adjoining property kind of junky.

We travel cross county and this was just the spot to be. They had a laundry room which is great when you’re on the road. Additionally they showers were spotless and smelled great in the bathroom . They helped us get to the correct camp spot and were easy to communicate with. The views were amazing and they even had mini gulf so fun! Would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

We only spent one night, but would have gladly stayed longer if we were not on a tight schedule. Rose was very nice. She came over to make sure we were happy with our spot and wanted to help out if needed. The RV site was more than long enough to accommodate our coach and tow vehicle. The bathroom was very clean and nice. Showers were clean, fairly large, and as hot as desired. Overall great. Laundry was clean and less expensive than most we've used. Overall a very nice 18 hour stay. We'll gladly come back when traveling through Rawlins Wy.

This place definitely has potential. It had very nice clean shower and laundry facilities. The sites are very close together, the mini golf course doesn't appear to be usable, and could use some cleanup. Overall good for a night while passing through but the price is a little high.
