We showed up at our site and someone else’s tent was there. They were supposed to have left earlier in the day and they didn’t. There wasn’t much the camp host could do so we had to find other accommodations. I have 2 young children so this wasn’t easy. I paid for the site and never got to use it.

Our tent site was lovely, with a flat tent pad and easy access to the lake. Everything was clean and well kept. We took a number of hikes in the area and can particularly recommend Sherd Lake and Mirror Lake trails. The 360-degree view from the top of Sheep Mountain as storms rolled by (at a distance!) was spectacular.
