We had lovely weather and the campground was not as busy as usual. Great hike to Fire Tower and beautiful drive through Tensleep Canyon.

The sites are spacious, level, and surrounded by tall evergreen trees. We saw deer and moose on the one mile road into the campground. Squirrels and chipmunks entertained us in camp. The drive up Ten Sleep Canyon is spectacular! Itβs bound to be 20 degrees cooler than the lowlands at Sitting Bull, so plan accordingly.

Very clean campsite and bathrooms. Our three year old grandson loved the teepee and fairy village other campers left behind in site 10.
