i AM GIVING OUR 4 NIGHT STAY 5 STARS IN SPACE 111, OUR 1ST NIGHT STAY WAS IN SPACE 140 AND I WOULD NOT HAVE WANTED TO STAY IN THAT SPACE 4 NIGHTS I WOULD HAVE LEFT. THE TABLE WAS ON TOP OF THE SEWER DRAIN AND HOSE OF THE MOTORHOME NEXT DOOR. THERE WAS NOT OTHER ROOM AND THEY FIRE RING WAS USLESS AS IT WAS ON A SLOPE AND YOU COULD NOT SIT AROUND IT. SO SPACE `111 GET ZERO STARS.

We had an amazing site (190) at the back of the campground just before the walk in tent site area. It was fairly quiet, but seemed more crowded and less private closer to the front of the campground. Lots of rocks and places for the kids to explore. We didnt realize there were full hookups which was a nice bonus (thought just electric), although we didn't have the correct plug or converter for the electric box. It is quite a walk downhill to get to the lodge/beach, which we didnt mind, but some might. We fit fine in the site with a 24 foot rv. The site next to us had a little challenge backing a longer trailer into their site with the road layout, so not sure how a bigger rig would have done.

The location is pretty much ideal. Very close to lots of activities. The site was a tight area to back in our 38 foot 5th wheel, but managed without hitting any trees. I can’t say that for the next guy that took over our site. Our friends told us that he hit a tree and did some damage to his RV. The sites close to the road can be a bit annoying with the road noise. We definitely plan to come back but get a site that is further from the road noise.

We stoped in Tahoe on our roadtrip and didn’t want to get a hotel so we opted for this campground to car camp in our suv, it was a nice RV campground definitely I saw maybe one other couple also car camping but the site we stayed in was overrun with melted snow that had turned into super slippery ice, I fell a few times just setting up our car setup would be nice if the owner or maintenance would salt or do something to help the massive ice sheets in some sites during the warmer winter months in between storms.

The campground was clean, the rv spot had plenty of room for our trailer and truck.
