*At this time, this RV is available for delivery only.* Explore Rim Country in a 32 foot 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2800BH, a family-friendly bunkhouse that sleeps up to 8. Enjoy a private queen (upgraded queen mattress) bedroom, double-over-double bunks, a slide-out with U-dinette and sofa, and a full kitchen (3-burner range, oven, microwave). The roomy bath has generous ceiling height. RV is delivered and setup with essentials, just bring clothes and food. (Non-smoking, no pets.) RV will be delivered with full tank of water and 2 propane tanks. *AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY ONLY* A list of add-ons can be provided upon request. Generator is an add-on. Comforts include ducted A/C and heat, hot water, ample storage, and blackout shades. Outside you can kick back under the power awning with LED lights and cook at the outdoor kitchen (griddle + fridge). We are currently not accepting reservations for first time RVers. The person on the reservation needs to be present for pick-up and drop-off as well as be one of the persons using the RV. There is a minimum cleaning fee of $125 with each reservation and can go up to $450, if applicable, should the RV not be returned in a reasonably clean condition. The cleaning fee will be assessed during final walk through when we pick it up. We do require you to be present when we drop-off and pick-up the RV. A quote will be provided to you before we finalize the reservation. Upon reserving the RV, we will email you a best practices document for your convenience during your stay. Perfect basecamp for Woods Canyon Lake, the Mogollon Rim, and Tonto National Forest, Sedona, Jerome and more. Come stay in Rim Country close to the heart of Payson for all the beautiful town has to offer: World's Oldest Longest Running Rodeo, Northern Gila County Fair, 4th of July Fireworks, Payson Days, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and more. Escape the heat of Phoenix in this charming mountain get away. Delivery to local campgrounds around Payson, Pine/Strawberry available. Not too far north is Pine, AZ featuring the AZT Trail head, craft festival, farmer's markets, and a Chili cookoff. Strawberry is just beyond with delicious restaurants like the Pie Bar. During the winter months, we'd love to host you West or South for warmer weather and safer traveling conditions.
